Hotels in the Glencoe, Ballachulish, Kinlochleven, Onich, Duror and Appin area

The Glencoe area is a beautiful rural area and well provided for with good hotels offering a variety of location and accommodation styles

The Glencoe, Kinlochleven, Onich. Ballachullish, Duror and Port Appin area has several well established hotels, ranging from 2 star to 5 star. These hotels provide good quality, modern accommodation with friendly and informative staff to make your stay all the more comfortable. Hotel rooms at the Clachaig Inn, Glencoe are worth looking at from here.

If you are looking for somewhere intimate and very special we personally recommend The Airds Hotel at Port Appin - about 20 miles down the Oban road from Glencoe where Shaun and Jenny McKivragan and their staff will provide a memorable stay with lots of outdoor activities available. The food is superb, the comfort splendid. The Ballachulish Hotel is one of Glencoe's longest established hotels - located under the Ballachulish Bridge where a small ferry crossing was the only alternative to travel north or south.  The hotel has a baronial style but modern bedrooms and facilities. The views across the water to the west are often amazing! The Bulas Restaurant offers a tasty menu to try. The Isles of Glencoe Hotel and  has a beautiful lochside setting with views to the east and towards Glencoe.

The Onich Hotel and Restaurant has an amazing location by the shore of Loch Linnhe with great views of the Glencoe Mountains and looking south across the sea to the Isles of Lismore and Mull.

It goes without saying that our local hotels will make you feel welcome and provide all facilities expected by discerning travellers today.
