Glencoe lies to the south of Fort William and Ben Nevis and is only a 30 minute drive to this mountainous area of Lochaber. The scenery is dominated by this famous rural Highland glen and also by Loch Leven - a large tidal sea-loch. If you have not visited the area before you will really enjoy travelling through the mountains and then arriving at sea-level to wide and open panoramas.

Loch Linnhe View holiday cottage

Loch Linnhe View is an excellent base to explore Lochaber and the Highlands. This quiet end terrace cottage style house overlooks Fort William, with views of Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour and Corpach hills. The accommodation has its own parking and is a few minutes walk from the town centre. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A cot is available. The bathroom has an electric shower, no bath. The fitted kitchen, living room with wood burning stove and small patio have views of the loch and hills. There is Wi Fi, freeview 32" HDTV, DVD, & CD player supplied. Snowgoose Apartments & Blacksmiths Bunkhouse

With views towards the majestic Ben Nevis, by the southern end of the historic Caledonian Canal, Snowgoose apartments offer family run self-catering holiday accommodation in the convenient village of Corpach. The apartments are all fully equipped and heated with off road parking. Our accommodation was first opened in 1990 by the Cuthbertson family providing accommodation for families, groups of friends, often as a base for outdoor enthusiasts all year round. The self-catering accommodation sleeps 2-6 persons in three apartments with 1,2 and 3 bedrooms with a 2-night minimum stay most of the year, with longer stays at peak times of the year. The village of Corpach has excellent local transport links to Fort William, Mallaig, Inverness or Glasgow by road, rail, local bus or long-distance coach. The “Harry Potter” steam train passes past our doorstep! We are an ideal base for folks who come to walk, climb, bike, ski in our magical mountain scenery – all year round, at all levels. There is something for everyone locally. The nearby coastline, sea or fresh water lochs and rivers offer great opportunities to get out on the water by open canoe or kayak.
