The Great Glen and Glen Spean provides a big choice of things to see and do. There are several boat cruise operators on Loch Ness and Loch Lochy, try fresh-water fishing, boat hire and boating holidays. The Great Glen Way is perfect for cycling and walking... 

One of Lochaber's outdoor activities provider - Quad Bike Tours offers a great experience in Ardverikie Estate on quad bikes. Nevis Range at Torlundy, in Leannachan Forest is Fort Wlliam's largest outdoor activity centre providing mountain biking downhill tracks and trails, winter sports with gondola uplift to a great viewing point with restaurant and shop. Leannachan Forest offers over 20kms of forest roads and trails for walking or cycling.

The Caledonian Canal provides an inland waterway for cruising holidays and watersports activiites on Loch Lochy, Loch Oich and of course Loch Ness at Fort Augustus. Cruise Loch Ness provide two options for boat trips on Loch Ness - a leisurely cruise on MV Royal Scot and a fast powerboat trips to Urquhart Castle.
